We recently enjoyed the most lovely evening in the company of Tony Chan and his team at the Chinese Cricket Club. Never really knowing my way round a Chinese menu with what would compliment each other I left the choice up to Tony – of some of the dishes he choose for us the stars for us where the tea smoked duck salad, the soft and plump steamed dim sum and the Hunan Lamb, however without a doubt the dry sautéed green beans for anyone ordering beware!!!!! you’ll want more… I would suggest ordering two portions edible by the bucket.
