Everyone’s favourite multi-talented piano-and-everything-else playing jazz/pop singer/songwriter, Jamie Cullum did a spot of busking in Covent Garden last night.

The secret gig, in aid of Crisis, is part of a series of surprise performances by bands and performers such as Athlete, Gabriella Cilmi and The Feeling.

It’s all very hush-hush, but we can reveal Ben’s Brother is playing at some point today, and the mighty Stereophonics will be wowing Covent Garden shoppers sometime on Sunday.

So how can you find out more about the secret gigs? There are a few ways to get involved:

*For every text sent, a minimum of £1.24 goes towards Covent Garden’s charity partner, Crisis, the national charity for single homeless people

  1. Tommo says:

Secret gigs where you know whos performing on which day? Not that much of a secret…

  2. sternman says:

Jamie Callum is crap! He can’t sing and he cannot play. His rise to the top was purely due to his association through Michael Parkinson, otherwise Mr Callum would have continued to struggle getting gigs at even the crappiest dives!

  3. bridlegum says:

Callum simply has no talent. He is a musical idiot who has no musical creativity, and with a tone-deaf sense of harmony (bum chords all over the place by any stretch of the imagination!). He is just a product of having the right connections in the business, such as Michael Parkinson who helped make him into a talentless star
