		<description><![CDATA[It was all going swimmingly well at the Cafe de Paris until Lady Alex took to the stage dressed as Gary Glitter when the mood in the audience decidedly dropped.  Of course Burlesque is about pushing boundaries but is dressing as a convicted pedophile really that funny? Or funny at all?  There was some nervous laughter and a token clap after the act finished. I managed to catch up with Lady Alex after the show.  I explained that as a parent I felt that this particular segment was distasteful and asked for her reasons why she thought it was funny.  She was polite but predictable, my only parting comment was that if she was a mother (which she isn&#039;t) she would think pedophiles are funny.]]></description>
