Hi Glen

The new route has just recently been decided so I can't find a map of it yet. Keep an eye on the www.london2012.com site though as it will (hopefully) appear there at some point. And if I see one, I'll let you know!

Is there anywhere where the route is shown on a map? I know that almost none of the names/places mentioned in the articles mean nothing to me so it would be nice to be able to see it on a map to put it in perspective. Not everyone is familiar with Bushy Park and Putney.

That is a brilliant, well thought out route showing off both the urban and green sides of London to the world. The loop down to Surrey has some good climbs too and is a popular cycling route. I can't wait to watch in Richmond Park!
