I’m not sure of Goldblum had a bad night but he was very flat. The play it self is fairly unstructured but that’s fine cos its got Neil Simon’s dialogue in it. However Goldblum delivered his lines like he was doing a bad impression of Walter Matthau. When it came fro him to get angry – it just didn’t happen though – very monotone. He really phoned his performance in.

The second act was actually a bit boring. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this (the play… not my brilliant review)
