Five Things To Do in London This Weekend
Bookmark and Share:
Another great thing to do this weekend is to see CHARLATAN, the one-man tour-de-force that The List described as: “completely engaging and practically perfect.” The Times said: “One of Tanner’s strongest suits is how his richly-expressed, name-dropping script appeals to those in the know without leaving a non-dance audience out in the cold. The show would make an excellent warm-up for the Diaghilev-based exhibition opening at the V&A later this month.”
After seeing the show in Edinburgh, Simon Callow raved: “It’s a miraculous tête-á-tête with one of the most fascinating men of the twentieth century, wry, witty, wise and intensely theatrical. A vanished world appears before our astonished eyes. All your distilled and cunning craft is brought to bear on it. Irresistible.”
