		<description><![CDATA[They never moved in. The Greek Cypriot population that moved in in the Sixties moved up to Palmers Green and beyond from the late eighties on. They had both lived here and owned businesses here. The Turkish Cypriots followed them into the commercial premises they vacated on Green Lanes, but have not settled locally in great numbers. Perhaps by this point properties had become too expensive?

(By the way Harringay Green Lanes is ONLY the name of a railway station - used to distinguish it from Harringay Station to the west. The area is Harringay; the street is Green Lanes. So you were in Harringay or Green Lanes, Harringay, not Harringay Green Lanes.)]]></description>
