As for the votes from the panel, there wasn’t any info given. As you can see from the vid, Ekow didn’t have much to say about the process behind choosing.

Boris did mention that he liked the Battenberg best. I thougt that might win, with the royal wedding connection, but perhaps they realised that by 2012 Royal Wedding fever might’ve died down…
