I was born in Burma and came over to the UK when I was 5 years old.
I’m an artist by profession and my Burmese Food is influenced by my food experiences, that of someone brought up in the UK but has grown up eating Burmese Food. Consequently,my food is very unique, it’s what I would call contemporary Burmese Food: it has the flavours of Burma but is presented in a contemporary way.
