This morning, I looked round the brand new London Syon Park hotel, which opened earlier this week.

On entering the lobby, the first thing I noticed was the hotel’s more unusual residents – a glasshouse of exotic butterflies happily fluttering around with fresh flowers and fruit to feast on!

London Syon Park has lots of lovely features, from its beautiful parkland surroundings on the edge of the Syon House estate to the Brownie Bar, which serves up sweet treats from the hotel’s pastry kitchen.

The hotel also boasts a new restaurant, The Capability, which aims to use as much produce as possible from the hotel’s own orchard and herb and kitchen gardens.
