The Drift bar and restaurant opens tomorrow in Heron Tower opposite Liverpool Street Station. We had a peek behind the scenes at the opening party and took some pics of the impressive interior.

Set across two floors, the venue has high ceilings and industrial-style décor. There’s a good cocktail list including “skinnies” for dieters, plus a wide-ranging menu, from Sunday roasts to bar snacks.

A sister bar to The Folly, The Anthologist, The Refinery and The Parlour, The Drift is sure to be popular with City drinkers.
