London 2012: The World in London

London’s a pretty multicultural place, maybe the most multicultural city in the world.

Our World in London project aimed to find out how every Olympic nation was represented in the capital in advance of the London Olympic Games in 2012.

We didn’t get to every nation, but we covered quite a few, from Vietnam, to Estonia, to Benin. We found out about the food, customs, art and traditions of these countries, and how to experience them in London.

We want you to share your ideas in the comments, so we build up really colourful pictures of each country’s presence in London. If you have ideas for any of the countries listed, please get in touch on editorial@londonandpartners.com. Together, we can tell the world about The World in London.
